About this role

This is a full-time remote role for a SaaS Market Development Representative based in the Philippines, reporting to our Sales Headquarters in Singapore.

You will manage pre-sales engagements, communicate with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, identify customer needs, and support the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves creating tailored value proposals, building lasting client relationships, and assisting with client onboarding and training processes.

What you'll do

  • Manage pre-sales engagements and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and create tailored value proposals
  • Support the sales and marketing teams on outreach and campaign execution
  • Build long-term client relationships and assist with onboarding and training

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and customer service skills for building relationships and effectively addressing client needs
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques to identify potential customers and support marketing initiatives
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to prospective clients to ensure seamless adoption of SaaS solutions
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with SaaS products or technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
